Peter supports growth and program operations across our Intelligence Community portfolio, bringing more than 21 years of experience delivering mission-focused solutions in complex IC environments. He is known for his people-focused, customer-centric leadership style and unwavering commitment to operational excellence.
Previously serving as Executive Director of Program Management, Peter has strengthened our program execution discipline and built high-performing teams aligned to mission outcomes.
Peter holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland, an MS in Technical Management from Johns Hopkins University, and is a PMP-certified professional.
