We are thrilled to announce that the USAID GeoCenter received the 2024 President’s Award at the Esri User Conference in San Diego, CA. This prestigious award, Esri’s highest honor, recognizes organizations that use data-driven decision-making to positively impact the world.
Esri’s President, Jack Dangermond, selected the GeoCenter from over 640,000 organizations worldwide for their exceptional work in geospatial data analytics and technology to enhance international development programs. USAID’s Chief Geographer and GeoCenter Director, Carrie Stokes, accepted the award and invited team members Brian Bakker, Patrick Gault, and Julianna Campbell to join her on stage.
Freedom is proud to have served as the GeoCenter’s prime contractor for 12 years, and we continue to support their success as a partner with geocgi.
